Rush production is available with a 3 business day turnaround at 2× the standard order rate. Overnight shipping can be added at the carrier’s expedited rate. Contact us before placing your order to arrange.

Shipping Costs

Print Only — Free — Complimentary shipping on all unframed prints within the United States. No minimum.
Framed Works — Flat Rate by Size — Domestic shipping is a flat rate per framed piece based on size tier, shown at checkout. Each work ships in its own custom crate, so multi-piece orders are billed as separate shipments for accurate, transparent pricing.
Mixed Orders — When ordering both print-only and framed works, the print-only items ship complimentary and only the framed pieces are subject to shipping costs.

Packaging

Print Only — Each print is rolled in archival packaging and shipped in a heavy-duty protective tube, sized to the print with extra clearance. Simple unrolling instructions are included for safe handling on arrival.
Framed Works — Every framed edition ships in a custom-built wooden crate with a foam-lined interior and suspension packaging that isolates the piece from vibration in transit. Each crate is built specifically for the work it carries — same level of protection whether it’s a Small or a Gallery edition.

International

Unframed prints ship worldwide. Framed works ship to over 130 destinations across Europe, the Americas, Asia-Pacific, the Caribbean, and the Middle East. International shipping is quoted individually because carrier rates, insurance requirements, and customs procedures vary widely by destination and piece size.

Custom Shipping Quote — At checkout you’ll see a $0 placeholder for international shipping. Within 24 hours of your order, we’ll email a custom shipping quote with insurance included for your approval. Production begins once the quote is accepted.
Typical Range — Rolled prints typically range from $60 to $200 depending on destination. Framed works range from $200 to $1,200+ depending on size, route, and insured value.
Duties & Taxes — Import duties, value-added taxes, and brokerage fees are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping quote. Your local customs authority will collect these on delivery.
Delivery Time & Tracking — Typically 10–21 business days after production completes, depending on destination and customs processing. Full tracking is provided for every international shipment once the work leaves our studio.

Returns & Damage

If your work arrives damaged, defective, or otherwise not as ordered, we’ll make it right. Our Return Policy covers damage in transit, production defects, wrong items, and lost shipments — with replacement or refund at your preference.
